Gleeson Land's recently established Wellbeing Committee championed the initiative to support a charity for a year and recently asked the team to vote on three very deserving charities. The vote was cast, and it was very nearly unanimous in support of The Countess of Brecknock Hospice based in Andover, who provides palliative and end of life specialist care to people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Outstanding care is given wherever it is needed, this can be within the inpatient unit, the day care facility or the patient’s home.
Thank you to everyone for voting and thank everyone in advance for the generous support and donations over the coming year. The Gleeson Land Wellbeing Committee have already started to raise funds for this worthwhile charity and have many more fundraising events scheduled up until 30 June 2023 so please give generously!
