Introducing our New Strategy and Regional Split
In line with our strategy, we are delighted to announce the formation of three operating regions, focusing on our teams and operations as we continue to drive growth.
As part of this, we are delighted to welcome two new key appointments to the Gleeson Land team. Tom Harris joins as our new Land Director for the Western Area, while Matthew Bean will be heading up our Central Area as Senior Land Manager. Having joined the team 18 months ago, Katherine Titley remains in the role of Land Director for the Southern Area.
Katherine, Tom and Matthew will each spearhead Gleeson Land’s growth in their designated region, leading on identifying and securing land opportunities as we continue to implement our growth strategy.
Our Managing Director, Guy Gusterson, comments "I am delighted that Tom and Matthew have agreed to join us at Gleeson Land. We have a strong track record and portfolio in the West and ambitious growth plans for the region, which Tom will spearhead. Matt will provide us with a presence in the Central Area which will play a significant role in meeting future housing demand in England.
Both will be supported by our market-leading Planning, Technical and Research & Analytics teams. I am confident that having a physical presence in the West and Central areas will help us provide the best possible service to our existing and future customers and I wish them both the very best in their new roles."
