Gleeson Land is delighted to announce another planning appeal success in 2022! Outline planning permission has been secured for 75 market and affordable dwellings in Midsomer Norton in the district of Mendip. The tilted balance was engaged and the Inspector considered that the provision of new homes would be a significant benefit in light of the council's housing land supply position of 3.5 years.
