Guy has over 25 years experience in cross sector property development specialising in residential land acquisition and development. Prior to joining Gleeson he was at St Modwen Properties for over 15 years undertaking a number of senior roles. As part of the senior management Executive Committee he set up and ran St Modwen Homes between 2010 and 2015 which has gone on to deliver over 1,250 units per annum. Following this he ran their Midlands & North regional business delivering their residential land projects, industrial & logistics portfolio and large scale mixed use regeneration projects which included the redevelopment of the former MG Rover factory at Longbridge. Over the last 3 years Guy has been MD of St Modwen’s Strategic Land & Regeneration business nationally delivering their large scale residential communities. Prior to St Modwen Guy was Land Director at Crest Nicholson and Laing Homes.
